Type 181 Thing Safari Parts Exchange

Post by Kubelmann »

As a suggestion from a STF Thing poster I was asked to create a parts exchange sticky. So, here it is

Let me get the ball rolling with a request for a set of door hinge mirror mounts. I will trade Thing parts of equal value for a pair of these.

I may have a set of these in steel. They had the Island brackets cut off them. Is that OK with you?

I also have, totally restored, engine protector plates, (all Four parts) and a complete air cleaner with original carburetor.

I have an Original Hardtop (needs some work) and the interior steel reinforcements that mount vertically to the top.

Thanks:

This thread would be more helpful if everyone filled out their location...with an actual location.
Looking for April 1967 Coleman camping items
