Help with Blow-Thru Dell Carb?

I need some help with the Dell 40 for a blow-thru system.

Do I need to have the Dell O-ringed on the shaft? I will not be running more then 10-12 lbs of boost.

I have the Imulision tubes from CB Performance, plus the Intercooler, Fuel pump, Regulator and a few other items.

Any help is greatly appreciated, Peter

If 10-12 pound per square inch are enough to nearly double your horsepower,think how much fuel could spray all over your nice hot engine compartment....Either do the seals or tripple your fire coverage.....
