I'm not sure on specs but I think it's just the updated version of the TD04 that several of us run here. Their number is 560 instead of the 360 you have. Should be just fine on your 1641. Can you measure the inlet and outlet size?
I think the 560 is like year 2002-2007 and the 360 is 2008+ on the Subaru WRX. Might be able to find more info searching on those instead of a Volvo

I found it forsale locally. $80. Didn't want to buy it without researching.

I'd go look at it and measure the inlet and outlet. If it's close to 1.5" you should be good to go on your 1641.

Hey John,
From what I can tell online the TD04HL turbo has a larger turbine wheel compared to the TD04L-13T that I run on my 1679cc engine.
The turbine wheel is 2.05 inch vs 1.86 inch on hte tD04L.

My guess is it would spool slower than my turbo and even slower on your 1641......It's only a guess though and you would just have to try it.

It will all depend on what your goals for hp are. I'm thinking that turbo will support 300-325 hp vs 270 hp for my turbo.
