Mine don't have any carbon seal and no smoke got to have a huge drain to prevent this
I had the same turbo T-4 .69 on a 1915 went 13.02 @ 104 mph but it did spool late,, sold it I should of keep it for the big motor the one I spec'd for u will work great ,keep it high and a good drain and u won't have a 'Skeeter killer"
