Re: 1641 Turbo EFI Manx. Gathering parts!
So i got a bit bored last weekend, painted the bolt-in floorboards black.
The alloy collor was a bit too much and blinded me under full sunshine.
But now, i dont know if i should paint the cover (with the 2 doors for storage) in the back too...
Your toughts???

And the back is done.
The bolts that hold the hinge for the storage compartiment were impossible to get back on.
My wife was in the garage atm and she helped me out!

Looking sharp I really like the access or storage boxes in the back.

Re: 1641 Turbo EFI Manx. Gathering parts!
I'm going to draw flanges and measurements for the turbo, 4in1 collector and j-pipes.
I need a total of:
4 J-pipe 2-bolt flanges
2 turbo td04 flanges.
- 1 5-bolt flange for the hot side exhaust
- 1 3-bolt flange for turbo inlet
1 3-bolt flange for the 4in1 collector
What thickness should i have them made?
10mm or 12mm?

Re: 1641 Turbo EFI Manx. Gathering parts!
I just bought a million flanges and v-bands, i went half inch on everything. Might be overkill, but I bet they wont bend. I did go with 3/8" out of the heads though. What diameter tube are you planning on running? Why not just buy the flanges pre made?

Re: 1641 Turbo EFI Manx. Gathering parts!
I want to buy all flanges at one place and havent found one that has all the flanges.
Shipping to belgium will also kill me on those parts.
I have a csp super comp exhaust in stainless. And j-pipes.
The j-pipes are slip-in to the 4in1.
So i just want to weld flanges on there.
I have a metal fab shop in my town so i will take my plans to him and see what he wil charge.
