Re: My draw through turbo
I'm running a Weber dcoe 40 at the moment and she is running great a little rich when of boost but I need to be a little rich for when boost comes on. I've been looking at the Holly four barrel carbs and if I've got this correct under normal driving I will just be running on two ventruis so I can jet them for of boost driving and then if I go with the vacuum set up not mechanical the other two cents open up when on boost so I can jet them a little richer?
Yes I know EFI is the way to go but I love the look of the draw through set up much better

Yes ,that's correct!,, we all need to go to some 'swap meet's and find Adam a carb, their like "a dime a dozen over here",, as in cheap but I live in a rural area and 'swap's are few & far ,,,

I'm looking at Β£600 plus here in the UK
And a manifold to turbo as well
More than happy to pay postage, the cost of the carb and a nice little tip to who can ever find one of me

Re: My draw through turbo
My issue is trying to cruise the ignition is just cutting in and out and when I put my foot down the engine just pops and stops. Also when I start it up it just backfires out the exhaust and will not run on all four plugs for a few minutes then it sorta it's self out

Re: My draw through turbo
No problems.
Well I've changed all the leads but here's an update Von the random misfire. Now when I get the misfire the rpm gauge also starts jumping aroubd, now the rpm gauge gets its signal from the negative side of the coil so I'm thinking is something earthing the coil causing the rpm gauge to jump around and the plug/ plugs to miss?
