Mate do you know what size thread the intake has where you are running the oil through?
I think mine is 1/4" cause a 3/8" don't fit

Sorry to ask so many questions but what size oil feed line are you lot using for your turbos and and what psi are you running the oil into the turbo?

I run a -3 line for oil supply and -10 return to the sump. This is at standard pressure 30-50 psi depending on rpm.

I have a oil pump that has an exit and entrance port on it so I was going to route my oil out of the pump into the external filter and cooler through 1/2" oil hose then it goes back to the pump and through the engine, now the turbo is getting its oil supply from where the stock oil pressure switch was through an 8mm ID hose so I was thing of taking the oil from the stock oil pressure switch location through an 8mm ID hose and stepping it up in size to run through the intake manifold then stepping it back down to a 8mm hose again before it goes into the turbo but I'm a little concerned about what will happen to the oil pressure when I step up from a 8mm hose to fit it into the intake manifold?
Hope this makes sense?

You would probably be better off routing the oil from the pump through the intake and then into the filter and back to the pump as long as that intake is not a restriction. If it is you need to give it it's own supply and return and let the engine get feed straight from the filter and pump.

The turbo itself just needs a 3/16ths or -3 AN line feeding it and a 5/8ths or -10 AN drain to the sump or better a valve cover or the fuel pump hole.
You do not want to feed it with a 8mm line...it is way to much oil.

Hi all I've got myself all confused
Right the turbo oil feed part is my issue the choices I've got are these
1- use my 1/8 connectors with have a 4.8mm ID but I will have to use a 8mm ID hose witch will then be connected to the turbo connector witch once again has a 4.8mm ID

2- use a pair of connectors witch only have a 2.6mm ID and use a 5mm ID hose?

What way should I go?
