Does your turbo have a carbon-seal? If not, you have a big chance of sucking the oil out of the cartridge which will result in alot of smoke...

Ah ok.
I've just changed my 210mm fly for a 200mm one . I forget the make of it , very good quality, I used the same 3 end play shims too as the new flywheel didn't change the end float measurement. put a daiken disc in and a stage 2 kennedy pressure plate. The stage 2 isn't that much harder to press either.

I've got a stage 2/daikin disc in my car. It's overkill for my setup, but probably right for a bus. As Garrick said, you get used to it. Works quite well.

Are you planning to launch the bus? I don't know why you'd need a stg2 in a street driven bus, you aren't making 200+ are you?

Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.

Re: T4 1971cc Megasquirt turbo - Budget with a lot of torque
Thanks! I hope to get around 110 HP with this setup. and 150nm ? So we will see.. I think a stage 2 kit should be ok. I would prefer a hydralic clutch but have no space under the fueltank..
First make it run..(after 3 year) and continue in saving money for EFI.. (ah yes, moved, new garage, 2 kids, bought a porsche... etc )

I bet the two kids work out cheaper than the Porsche

Not to micro manage the project, but the 210mm bus clutch is a great driver clutch.
It has near the clamping force of a 1700 aftermarket and the pedal feel of stock with a sprung center.
It almost seems a step backwards to increase leg pressure with a tiny disk.

Yeah some may call it overkill, but you can't have too much overkill.
