It sounds really crisp! Forget the turbo and lets go racing.

Those look huge Wally, what size? The photo looks like it says 305x45x17. Is that right?

Good sized meats I have similar on the back of my square (245/50-16 on 8s), but probably not quite as sticky.
Those should fill out those fenders nice.

Yep, M&H 245/45/17 and these should be their 'drag radials', although it says sport/street on the sticker (?).
These are now on a spare set of rims I got, just fro dragraces, so I still keep the Toyo's 888 on the current rims.

I needed 17" as I now also run ceramic brakes on the rear and those pancakes (350mm diameter) need their space...

Hey Wally , got a question for ya .
On your old engine you ran a BAS header , what are your thoughts on them ? I'm building a type 4 turbo and was going to build my own header but I figure it would be easier for me to buy an already proven system as I don't have the time to DIY

BTW the new donk sounds pretty crisp

The BAS is an excellent unit, but always get the stainless version!

Thanks , yep I figured stainless is priority , my cb turbo header on my current type 1 engine looks like it's been in the ocean .
Keep up the good work , your efforts are always inspiring , I can't wait too see what this new engine of yours will do

Richard
