I, know it's not vw but a lot of 700hp audi's and turbo's and turbo's and superchargers...I'd gladly donate my left nut to science if it could help bring back Group B rallying...I know they will not , as the would we all live in, is health and safety mad ....but it was the days when it was just good driving and hp..that made the day.....This is what makes me tick ...

Thought I would take a qucik vid before I put the car away. Gotta finish this truck for a client before he starts gettin mad at me. Seems the bug has taken priority over eating and paying the bills. I heard a noise coming from the drivers rear wheel yesterday. Turns out I didnt have the hub tight enough and it stripped most of the spline off. Have a new one ordered and will be here Wed. So the bug goes in the pole building for a few days. Any way, have more tuning to do, the engine still doesnt really like the Holley 450 with mechanical secondaries. Havent done the power valve mod yet either. Also the engine was still a little cold, it seems to smooth out once its warm. Oh, and sorry, it was a little hard to hold the cam and take a vid while driving....but anyway, here it is.

This is from a couple of weeks ago, before I pulled the motor to replace the front seal.

From 70 back around to "0" (approx. 110) in 4th gear in my turbo Beetle.
This was cruising along at 70 and stomping it just for the hell of it because the road was deserted. The wastegate decided not to get stuck at 1psi for a change. I usually go 3rd to 4th around 90mph.
