ugh, not again already

Offroad VW based vehicles have problems/insights all their own. Not to mention the knowledge gained in VW durability.

Got some side panels and a front bulkhead in. 400 miles and still waiting for something horrible to go wrong. Engine tins have started to rattle quite loud, coming out again this winter to access. Going to go with the great river road buggy club on their fall run this Saturday. Been trying to do this since 2014. Sounds like a good time to avoid the big city.

Racked up about 2k miles so far. Nothing but usual maintenance. Did add 1 more useless item. Hand painted by my daughter in her spare time. If the electrical engineer thing doesn't work out, there is always tattoo artist. Looks like she is getting a free ride at Missouri S@T if the politicians leave education alone.

My kids(and wife) are Chickasaw Indians. The Oklahoma casinos are owned by the Indian tribes and earn a boat load of money. Both attended the University of Oklahoma, graduated and work for the the tribe. No student loans for them to pay off due to the generosity of the Chickasaw tribe. Image
