Re: Topic of the Day...
I was at harbor freight the other day and stood behind a gentleman in line who was returning a survelance camera. Worker asked what was wrong with it... "My dog at the cord.". Worker pulls out camera and looks at chewed up cord. "You want to return it because your dog ate it?". "Yes.". Customer was very matter of fact. Worker said he could only give store credit.
So, if your dog ever eats your survelance camera, you know where to go.

Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.

Competition between the various security systems must be dog eat cord!!!
And yes, I HAD heard about Centerline. Damned shame. I've been concerned for a few years that their sales seemed to be slipping down slope. Less and less new product seen in the dez.
I blame part of that on people who are relatively new who don't know how good their wheels really ARE and looking for the newest style! Centerline wheels are the Levi 501s of the world of wheels. People are happy to pay $100 to buy a pair of cheezy 3rd rate "fashion" copies of Levis and Levi Strauss & Co. have pursued that market since the early 80s. Now what they sell as 501s for $50 aren't as well made as cheap Walmart $14 jeans. Pretty much the same deal as Centerline wheels.
Another part of Centerline's problem is that similar looking bolt-together spun aluminum and welded thin wall sand wheels are very much weaker than Ccenterline's forged and high-pressure riveted wheels, yet people think they are the same. So when people see a weaker wheel bent, they think that Centerlines are just as weak. Not that Centerlines can't be bent. But they can take a tremendous pounding. Then if bent, they can easily and cheaply be straightened with simple tools by someone who knows what they're doing. A cast wheel will break as quickly as a Centerline will bend. And then in most cases cannot be repaired.

Travis, Only thing that will slow you down is a age restriction and a bland attitudes.
I've got a bunch of boxes of parts that I'm going to put in my truck. Stuff you have to sign a waiver to purchase. Crazy world we live in.
Anybody else have plans?

My truck will be parked til Tuesday for the dealer to have a look. Fricken DEF systems. Oh and "The Kid" and his girl will be in Vegas for the weekend. Hailey's dad is taking her and JT for some Vegas shenanigans in celebration of both of them turning 21 a few weeks back. That is a little weird for me to have him go to Vegas without me LOL that will be a first.
