uhhh, what's an ION?

sounds like it has 3 lug nuts per wheel or 3 spark plugs under the hood?

Do you know who made you frame? I have seen several of them like yours and I am curious about it. There is a semi-runner for sale that looks like it, they want $900 right now. I might be able (if it is still there) get a URL if you are in the PNW.

It looks like you should have enough room for the engine; but what is planned on for the cooling system location. Also measure the wheel base as it can make a difference in how much of the time your wheels point to the sky.

You may also have to up grade to a 26mm torsion bar setup unless you plan on going coil over’s. I'd weight things out then go to Sway-a-way and see what their chart/table says for a torsion bar size. Do you plan on driving on trails, sand or the street?

Sounds like a great project.

radiator will be where the gas tank was and the tank will be moving up and down some. I also will be running cheap coilovers for now but most guys say it only adds 80lbs over all from there old aircooled.

Wow, that is a tighter fit than I thought; it does look good though. On the radiator placement, make sure that you don't get a dead air space fron behind the seats.
