need some door panel information

Ok i have a 1962 vw bug (herbie replica) and i'm uncertain about which door panels i'm going to get. I will either get the color matched Scat panels to go with the pro 90 series seats, or i will go with a vintage two tone style from TMI. Could someone give me the dimensions of the size of the map pockets? How far from the bottom, etc. I'm planning on putting speakers in the front doors either in lower corners or above map pockets if there is room. Just trying to figure out my options, cuz at 6' tall with size 12 feet, there's just not room for speakers in the kick panels.
