PERFORMANCE EXHAUST AND HEAT

I live in NY so I need to have at least enough heat to defrost my windows but I would also like to run a performance exhaust. I have seen the little 12v toaster ovens and don't really want to go that route, is there anything I can do short of having custom heat exchangers fabed around my header?
