I use one of those KD Tool hammer drive screwdrivers, you know the ones that hit with a BFH, I think I paid $10 for mine.

Hinges #4 phillips, I until recently used a hammer-type manual impact.
The door handle and lock striker parts are P3 and some P4.

I bought a bit set just for that purpose, although i found that with the proper bit and a not pre-destroyed screw a real impact wrench (of the wheel lug type) works ~instantly.
(have an 18V Ryobi 1/2" impact that I use for a LOT of things lately)
Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.

I have a #4 for my KGs hinges that works in my impact wrench. Too big for the type-3 of course.

Thanks!
