71' F.I. still chugging Voltage Testing

ok
burnt my battery(fire last week)
replaced it after AAA tow

must of burnt something else as its still acting up
(Did Not before frying battery)

in testing generator i fried the VR(forgot to unhook wires to VR Embarassed Sad )
(took it apart and points melded together)

i was getting Low readings at generator (like 2volts)

replaced VR
now
On Generator: (runs easily clockwise when polarized)
D+ 15.1 (up RPM 16 or so)
DF 5-5.4 (up RPM 7-10 or more)


Voltage Regulator:(new bosch)
D+ 14.7
DF 4.3-5
light 13.6
B+ same as battery

battery:
13.6 Running
13.3 off

the idle on my tach says about 1100 or so


drove it to the car wash

Bad Generator?

another i was thinking is if the Fuel pressure is Too Much

when i got the gauge it read about 28-29
now its reading 32-33

could something clogging something
and could TOO MUCH pressure make it do what its doing
