I need to update this. This forum has a restriction on image sizes to 800 pixels in height and/or width... Need to resize a bunch of images...

Re: Modular Throttle Bodies
There's a free program called "IrfanView" that works well for resizing images.

I use Photoshop everyday. I have no real excuse to not adjust the sizes... LOL
Thanks for the tip though!

Re: Modular Throttle Bodies
I upload all my photos to PhotoBucket and have it set to upload at 800 X 600.
It resizes while uploading.
Takes care of it easily and I don't have to have double copies of photos on my HHD in order to keep the original size......

Re: Modular Throttle Bodies
What stinks is Tapatalk automatically resizes to 816px. It makes me have to resize everything because of 16px.notched wrote:I need to update this. This forum has a restriction on image sizes to 800 pixels in height and/or width... Need to resize a bunch of images...

How do you make it do the 800 x 600 auto?Clonebug wrote:I upload all my photos to PhotoBucket and have it set to upload at 800 X 600.

Re: Modular Throttle Bodies
OK, resized a bunch of pics...
Chunk 'o billet 6061 aluminum
Cutting with the horizontal bandsaw
Almost ready for machining
The shop
Manual lathes
The manual mills
CNC mills
CNC lathe
My print for the barrels. I converted all of the measurements to inch. (The shop teacher is grumpy when he sees anything metric... LOL)
Rough faced and drilled .500"
Unexpectedly, I have enough material to make two sets of throttle bodies, unless I make a major screw up...
Now the bore is getting bigger... Using a 1.375" drill
Let me introduce you to my friend, the boring bar...
So, the biggest bit I could find, was 1.375" — And with the boring bar, I roughed it out to 1.900"
The final inside diameter will be 52mm or 2.047"
Here's a good comparative shot of the 1.375" and 1.900"
Will resize more pics soon...

Re: Modular Throttle Bodies
Good question. I haven't really kept track. I could probably estimate it out to 80 hours thus far. I have a lot more progress to show... Resizing more pics...
