Good day,
Last night I noticed the fuel pump output on the relay board wasn't delivering 12v's with the multimeter.
Any ideas?.?.?.

You mean when you are cranking it? FP relays usually get their signal from the ignition when it is firing.
You should see 12V or hear a buzz of the fuel pump momentarily when you turn the key to the first position.

Hi,
Last night I flashed the unit and cranked up to a 650 rpm idle which was a bit off.
The timing was on the dot. As for scatter, good bye scatter. Can't be more pleased.
Thank you to all. I'll keep posting further issues.

Hi,
So, i took The bug for a roll on Tuesday for gas and fully warmed up it was running good and smooth. I got to the gas station and when I tried to start it, the car was stalling and clunking. Finally, it started so, I headed home since it was dark and did not see anything out of place.
The next day, I revised the motor and found that the left Weber linkage was loose since the nut fell off. So, I put the nut on and went for a ride thinking that was the problem but as soon as I turn off the car hot and turn it on, it starts to stall and clunk like hell. I checked TS and noticed that the WUE green icon never turns off now. I believe this could be the problem.
The car does not overheat. I have CHT gauge which marked that day 340 tops.
For now I will leave it in the garage until I get an answer to this matter since I don't want to #%€¥ it up. the car for,now idles great but I really do not know where to start with the three tables.
I read around but still have some confusion. Where I live I don't know anyone with tuning or MS experience.
Thanks,

Based on that, the first thing to check is your CLT sensor and wiring.
Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.

Pile,
Today, I revised the wiring and it checked out. I turned the car on and idled great.
I noticed the WUE gauge I put on TS on 93%. I did not alter it but tomorrow I'll give it a try.
Since I had no tach due to the wasted spark conversion I configured the tach output and worked flawlessly.

WUE should generally ALWAYS be >100%
FWIW, here's mine, which may look weird, but it adds fuel sitting in traffic on 100+F days...

Pile,
Why is your temp's in the graphs set to 300's. I thought TS set it up to 180 then shut off WUE. Also, why are they high in ASE? I left that setting default in TS.
Thanks.

Hi Mario,
I was referring to the bottom line, coolant temp. Mine does not go that high.
I an going to post all my setting later on so you can see if something is wrong.
Thanks.

You can input the values that you want to see. Chances are your sender does not get that hot? Pile is using a factory head temp sensor IIRC.

Like Mario said, it will go wherever you tell it to.
(you may have to enable extended CLT telp in the project config)
I'm using an open element GM sensor in the hot air coming off the ex port area of a T4 head, "securely" ziptied to a pushrod tube.
I have ski-jump tin and fabbed the T4 equivalent of JTube blockoff tin, so it ~only sees used cooling air at the hottest point .,.runs consistently ~75F down from CHT at cruise RPM, but gets a lot closer to parity at idle.
The default setting are probably ~perfect for a small block Chevy.
I don't have one of those.

Hi to all,
The car has been fun to drive, although it isn't tuned all the way, it responds great. Today will be the last day of driving since I am going to change the 4.37 transmission (swingaxle) to a 3.88 rebuilt one I bought (IRS). I also bought the super diff to complete the conversion.
I will also put dropped spindles, moount an external oil cooler and make a new TPS mount.
Hopefully I won't hit any walls along the way.
Thanks,

I really like the 3.88 with my 1600. It can get lugged pretty easy in 4th if I'm not careful but very thankful that I can keep up with freeway traffic.

Mario,
I went to two VW shows at 65 and the car was about 3100 rpm's. So, I found an AT model tranny to install.
I just didn't want to tear it down now since the car is running great.
