sideshift trans

I just bought a 2.0 motor and trans. I am using the motor in a bug but I was wanting to know what the trans is worth. It is a sideshift and also have the flywheel and starter, Thanks

~$250 with a viable guarantee that it's good.
Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.
