READ THIS FIRST: This forum is for drivetrain conversions

Post by Superman »

The purpose of this forum is to discuss engine and transmission conversions.

Converting from 6 volt to 12 volt, from swing axle to IRS, etc. these posts do not belong in this forum.

All other conversions (other than engine and transmission) should be posted in the appropriate forum; Type I, Bus Barn, etc.

hey tom why don't you go back to your dragracing forum and leave us poor confused folk alone ( you have a nice car i might add) you know that thing you hold in your hands in front of you its ok to turn that once in a while remember real race cars don't have doors and have really big wings and 4 tires that don't match in size (WoO) and run on dirt

regards 2088bob
ps dirt is for racing and ashpalt is just for getting there take that

I hope I'm in the right forum, I'm sure you'll let me know otherwise.

Already converted my '56 bug "crashbox" to a RP pro street+, now I'm on my way to converting the best of two T4 engines I pulled (411 & 412) last month. I'm discovering more and more "you got to get this adapter ..." sort of thing. Ordered the conversion video and book, we'll see.....

No big questions yet, except maybe, is the conversion worth it?

T25 conversion. - 2WD to 4WD Syncro.
I understand David Pickles has done a 'How To' article somewhere on the above conversion (with pictures). I think I have all the bits I need but I lack the 'know how' and could use some technical support.
So -David. Where can I find your article please?
