I was having trouble with it to when I stated my thread a week or so ago. I ended up using a photo hosting site called "Imgur" so all you have to do i upload them to that site and copy and paste a link into your forum post and walah! I look forward to your build.
Are you using the OEM ecu?

Well still need to work on my photo uploading
Little update, donor car is stripped to within an inch of its life and 4.44 subarugears will be here on the weekend. My only drama so far is a got a TY case with hi and low ratio so a bit of extra work to remove some gears cut a bit more out and fill some more holes

Got my gears from subygears on the weekend and started the install today. Unfortunately l have an Outback gearbox with Hi and Lo. The selector and idler gear have bee named removed but the drive gears are still hitting the big 4.44 ring gear. Has anyone had this problem and what did you do

Haven't been on for while
Gearbox done, mated back to engine
New mount made and engine gearbox installed. Had to shorten the driveshafts to make them fit
Tried fitting the suby front hubs and brakes but they make the front wms 2" too narrow
Dropped the body on today and had to cut a big chunk out of the rear firewall and parcel shelf.
Next step is to fabricate and fit a 2" body lift so it all has clearance
