SRS stands for supplemental restraint system usually. Perhaps it is an air bag sensor.

I believe everything with the bright yellow is for the airbag system.

Pulling the harness will be easier if you pull the crash bar (the large bare steel welded bar running from the Drivers side to the passenger side A pillars) then pull the large Heater box and you will see all the bulkhead wiring that you need to pull.

Good morning (at least here) the OBDII is located just left of the steering col and can be black or white. You can see it on the lower part of the dash.
