1975 with frankenmotor build

Hi everyone !

My name is Lukas and i am from Czech Republic . I want to make a clean build with some modern things

Color : BMW red metallic
Front brakes : Zimmermann sport brake discs and TAR-OX 6 piston brake calliper
Rear brakes : disc brake kit "de-luxe" from EMPI ( dealer JOPEX )
Suspension : KONI red adjustable with lot of urethane
Engine : EJ22 from 92 Legacy with adapter from DS tuning ( germany ) and Sachs clutch kit from VW T3

I need a little help ... does anyone have an OEM number for the housing from EJ20T/EJ25 marked at the picture ?

Nice build..........just not a fan of those urethane motor mounts.

What front calipers did you use? Did you make adapters for the caliper bolt pattern or re drill the spindle?

TAR-OX B27-6 bought from BBT... just perfectly fit like original calipers . But you may use the 1249-56 ( catalog number from BBT ... connection nipple , because the calliper doesnt have metric twist so you can use original Vw beetle brake hoses) .

Or

i use a Škoda fabia RS ( because i am from Czech Republic , where is Skoda made) brake hoses
OEM : 6Q0 611 701 B
Bosch number : 1 987 476 978

its have connection by screw to the brake calliper . And you use the TARox original screw .

May i ask what size rims and tires you are using and if they will fit on a stock 4 lug drum/disc brake kit? I really like the look of those and I am interested in buying a set for my 72 super.

17" x 7" ET37 SPARCO DRIFT BLACK with 225/47 tires ... but need to have wheel spacers adapter from 4*130 to 4*100 .... But lots of machinery work by my friends or you can buy one ( CSP SHOP )

now i think , its better to buy one , because they have screw-thread and "center ring" , and you can perfectly center the wheel ... so the rims doesnt vibrate ( sorry for english )

If you want , i can take some photos of my wheel spacers adapter and check the wide .

Thank you for the information. I definitely will be following your build thread, it looks like you will end up with a very nice ride! I also want to go the ej22 route later on and it will be my daily driver. I'm looking at ordering maxx struts from topline, the wheel adapters and wheels in a couple months. Good luck on your build.

Now i am cleaning the engine , inversing coolant manifold and repairing the alternator
