Your English is better than that of several folks I work with.
MK1 rabbit/golf struts and spindles should work, although I have no idea what he used.
The "lowered" struts for 1303 are Mk1 struts. Add the Mk1 steering knuckle and they'd be ~stock height or a tad higher on a 1303.

You wouldn't be able to use the golf spindles with a 1303 steering rack, it turns the wrong direction.
Supers steer from the front of the spindle, golfs from the rear so the racks turn opposite directions.

The rack can be flipped?
Hmmm, not center steer, but I suspect a suitable rack unit could be found.

Ah, editing as you posted

Not easily, the input shaft is offset to the side and the mounts are part of the frame

That's my RHD one but you get the idea.

All you need to do is swap to a flipped over LHD rack? (or vice versa?)

The earlier cars benefit from installing a R&P setup anyway, the old steering boxes/pitman/idler arm setup is horrible

If going AWD quite a bit of fabrication will be required regardless, rack mounts are ~trivial compared to the rest.

How about just swapping the struts L/R?

Finding a RHD super rack is easier said than done but its not just a case of flipping it over and fabbing mounts, the steering input shaft would end up facing down at the road rather than up at the steering column doing that.

You would be far better off using a rack from another car like a mk1 Golf that turns the right way.

The Daewoo/GM Astra rack can be used...it is centre steer as well.
Mounting it to the car is the easiest part of a 4x4 conversion.

you can also use an audi 100 or a6 rack from the 90s.
this is the one i use with a narrowed beam works good. you also have two ways to mount it if you remove the bolts and flip 180.

Thanks, guys, I was certain someone had done this before (at least the steering part)

You could probably just swap the Mk1 spindles L<>R and with the car lowered, the steering arm height would be raised some and be about right?

This is one of those projects I have always wanted to do but never will, but I have eyeballed the possibility when working on my Cabriolet..

Pardon my ignorance on VW/Audi racks but are there slots cut into the opposite side rack housing on those racks so that you can bolt the tierods in from the other side?

On the Daewoo/GM rack you have to cut the housing off near the pinion, twist it 180 degrees and then TIG weld it back on. Or use our new flipper which slides over the rack, bolts into the normal tierod position and provides tapered holes for mounting tierods onto the opposite side.

there is only one slot on the rack but you remove four bolt holding it together and turn it 180. not all years are the same i think mine is from a 89 or 90 100.since i dont have pictures of my setup here is the rack i am talking about. notice the bolts with paint that you can remove than just twist and put the bolts back in.
