How do you get off window tint?????????
I pop out the windows , put in washing sink
(big&deep) run hot water across them , tint comes right off .
Of course this usually means new rubbers so you might try the single edge razor blade , but be aware this leaves scratches on the glass 99% of the time .
I;m told ammonia in a spray bottle works well , have never tried it .

How do you get off window tint?????????
This method has worked for me several times.
It is always best to do this when you are not in a hurry, because it is messy!
1. Find a corner of the window where you can pull the tint from the window.
2. Once you have a small part of the tint separated, give it a nice hard pull, you will hear strange cracking and popping sounds, this is natural it's just the plastic crumpling from the tint. *Remember you will not be able to reuse the tint.
3. Remove all the tint from the window, it might come off in one piece, or in several little pieces, just take your time.
4. Your window will now look very strange, no tint, but a layer of glue stuck to the entire surface of the window. Which brings us to the last step.
5. Get a spray bottle and make a mixture of soapy water, a little bit of dishwashing liquid diluted in the container will do just fine. Liberaly spray the entire surface of the window and let the soap soak into the glue for a few moments. With a clean razor blade, (BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO CUT YOURSELF!) scrape the window while continually squirting the surface of the glue. This gets very messy, but it works. The adhesive from the tint will come off in slimy clumps with the razor blade and soap. You soon will have a sparkling clean window just like before.
GOOD LUCK!!!
