Split bumper on a Bay ?

Split bumper on a Bay ?

I've got a rusty ol 72 bay that well on its way to being a rat rod... I've always loved the look of the old spltty van with the over rider bumpers. Will a bumper from a splitty work on a Bay ? Or can I take the bumoer guard and over riders off a splitty bumper and put it on a bay bumper ?

I think the width is fairly close, bay may be wider, worth a try though. 914 bumper stuff works awesome on bays, it's eerie how well it matches up.
