On off these days I want to remove the body of the pan of my ghia convertible (69') but before I do this how many bolds should I remove, and were can I find the bolds.
Are there book about the bodywork of a Karmann Ghia.

i think that there are two bolts under the gas tank, and then there are the ones that run along the side of the bottom of the car, not sure how many. there are also bolts at the fire wall on the underside of the car, there will be two on each side. hope this helps

There's also bolts under the back seat cushion.Also bolts back bye the shock tower and rear trailing arm.You also have to disconnect the steering box coupling.Too save on weight when taking the body off you can take off the door's,hood and trunk,bumpers.
