I would love to buy it but unfortunately even though I'm only 100 miles away if I brought another project home I'd be sleeping in the car for a month.

my hope was that someone here or on the other site would see it and rescue it.

OK, maybe not a kidney, but you get my drift.

If its not too cold there it might be worth sleeping in the car for awhile...

You need to as what kind o price the fellow has in mind, it's craigslist, not ebay, not an auction.
Sounds like he has some idea it's not just an olde bit of junk.
