convertible hard top

i have recently obtained what i believe to be a karmann ghia hardtop for a convertible..70s ish..is that possible? i havent seen any hard tops in any pictures ive seen. it was stored with a 1971 convertible vw bug so im trying to figure out what i have..i posted pics on facebook under the name juju kohler..i would appreciate it if someone could help me ..thank you

That could be any two seat small car, popular with the british, most recent mazda miata, never seen one for a karmann body but I am sure at some point in time some has made their own "carson top."

I would love to see if it actually is for a Ghia! The side window opening looks correct but I'm not sure if the front has the correct shape.

Do you have a convertible to test it on?

Karminn Ghia did not ever come with a hardtop. If it fits it was custom made or from something else.
