Are resistor plugs OK to use?

I plan to use NGK B5HS Spark Plugs Standard Non-Resistor Spark Plugs 14mm x 1/2" Reach stock no. 4210 with the gap set at .028 and a little of the silver colored anti-sieze lube torqued to 18 ft. lbs.
