New Guy
Hey Im Andrew, I've had My 1961 baja bug for three years now. Its got a full roll cage and a 1915cc dual carb enigine with under 1000 miles on it. Its been tons of fun and i've hit somewhat of a rut. Transaxle issues.

Is the trans original? A 1915 can easily exceed the ability of an older trans to survive. You might consider a bus trans, either an older one with RGBs or a more modern one.
