Rear 57-7/64 # 113611055C
Rear 64-7/67 # 131611055
Rear 67-on # 113611053B .....This is also used on the front of Buggys
Rear T-3 65-73# 311611067C
Front 52-58 # 113611055
Front 57-7/64 # 113611057B
Front 7/64- on except SB # 131611057 .....Also used on Buggy Rear with IRS Backing Plates for better brakes.

Pre`58 brakes are all different, nobody cares about them unless restoring a split or oval.
113 611 055 and 113 611 055C fit `58 through `64
113 611 053B fits `68↑ (not `67)
113 611 055 and 131 611 057 can be interchanged if needed (only difference is the width of the slot)
You don't need IRS backing plates to use 131 611 057 on the rear, `68 swingaxle will also work.
Dunno why you have Type III parts listed under Type I, but 311 611 067C is the 22mm (7/8") and 361 611 067A is the 23.8mm (15/16") used on early Squarebacks and also on SuperBeetle fronts; 067As are therefore easier to find. They are not interchangeable except in pairs.

Thanks Marc.

113 609 237H is Super Beetle only
113 609 237D are similar to 131 609 237C, the only difference being that the latter have angled ends at the adjuster. If you use the `65↑ adjuster, 131 609 237C fit `58-`64 as well.
Same goes for 113 609 537B and 131 609 537C. I consider this an upgrade, linings wear less unevenly with the angled adjuster/shoe arrangement.
It's common these days to find new shoes made on frames which allow them to be used on either the front or rear (they have both the slot for the e-brake bar and both return spring hole arrangements). You've always been able to use a "rear" shoe on the (same-width) front by simply drilling one return spring hole in it.

The brake industry standard P/N for `68↑ rear shoes is 10153
`65↑ front is 10142
`65-`67 rear is 10143
`58-`64 front is 10078
`58-`64 rear is 10079
Super front is 10199
Type III rear is 10140
`55-`63 Bus rear is 10077
`64-`70 Bus front is 10114
`72 Bus (rear) is 10215
`73↑ Bus (rear) is 10231

I don't have the numbers for the 63½-`67 Bus rear or the early Bus front.

Thanks again Marc for the corrections.
