I had these pistons and cylinders on there for 1000 miles in the last build, no problems. didn't even remove the pistons when I took off the cylinders last go around. Is there a way that this could have popped up as a problem now and not before?

Well I dumped the break in oil, put in the Gibbs DT50 and it runs cooler, still gets to 200 where the cooler cuts in but gets there much slower, oil pressure is MUCH better! and now, even after it gets to full temp I can start it hot and it seems to crank fine.I remember Jake telling me not to get to worried about things with the Break in oil in there but that was the old Brad Penn, this stuff was the Gibbs break in oil and it sure got stiff at temp with that stuff in there.
