any one had experience whit this clutch disk ?
is it able to hold more torque then stock disk?
im at 300bhp now and have problems whit clutch disk breaking

300hp is getting into the range where a 6 puck ceramic disc and stage3 plate is called for, and a dual disk/floater setup should be considered.
(the dual can easily hold far more with a stock pressure plate)

yes i have also been thinking on dual kennedy setup!
but some people say that they dont do good in street driving and kill syncros

A 200mm version should hold fine to ~400HP, might be worth a call.
At those power levels a T1 trans, even a fully built one is screaming for mercy and wants to spit out the ring gear.
Even a Bus 091 will be iffy.
I have been looking for a T3 or T4 automatic for ages for that reason, good for >500HP built right.
In a bug that would require a custom subframe/wider frame horns, but it would easily take the abuse and allow you to build boost under load at the line.

Personally I think the only parameters that play a role in clutch choise are torque and car-weight (not hp).
If you are turbocharged, I would also advise a dual disc clutch with a light pressureplate. This will result in a light clutch-pedal and minimal load on the thrust-bearing. Just my 2cts....

407nm or 300 ft.lb and this is whit 17psi boost,and can go to 25 psi and still be in a very safe zone

I'm still leaning towards an automatic, which would cost all in about what a dual disc clutch goes for.
Unfortunately they seem few and far between, most of the ones around here have been scrounged for use in custom trikes built for disabled vets (an extremely worthy cause, but I still want one, dammit).
Unlike a manual VW trans, no $$$pecial tools or sacrifice of small animals is required to do the work.
