OK,
Yeah, it's been years and years..
But,
That old "Type 4 Secrets Revealed" site was what really got this all started, right?
And, regardless of how it all ended up, Tom Slider really did have the best reference compilation I ever found..
However,
As life comes and goes, waxes and wanes, so does info on the Internet.. As does tunacan.net.
There is this person that has managed to save a few pages from the old site,
However,
The most important links are all broken...
http://www.moonrosedesigns.com/tunacannet/t4/links.htm
Why anybody would choose to save and host a small fraction of a site is beyond me.
Digging a bit on the Wayback machine, I was able to find these most valuable pages:
https://web.archive.org/web/20101130110 ... index.html
So,
After spending a bunch of time digging for it,
I thought I would post it up here for y'alls benefit.
Maybe the link that actually works could be posted up in one of the stickys or something?
Tom's work to compile all of that great Type 4 info would really be a shame for us to lose...

Re: Old Tuna Site
Thanks for putting that up. Did try looking the other day and found it not to be working. Would be a shame to loose the info. As you said, maybe have it as a stick.

Thank God you found this. I've been frustrate with trying to get info and as you've mentioned only parts of the info were saved. I think that was worse honestly.... Again Thank you Clatter for doing the legwork

Thewaybackmachine backed it up 135 times over the years...
The link at the top of the type4um simply needs fixed.

Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.

Thanks for pointing where that info is now located. I've tried to view the Type 4 "Reference" at least 5 times over the last year and Reference was dead....until now. Thanks!
