Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.

Yes, I got the rods narrowed, then had to narrow the Calico coated bearings because DPR
offset ground the crank with a generous radius for strength.

Checking my previous case clearancing job in the am. Probably have to touch
a few spots here and there but I originally was going for an 86mm crank, so I
might luck out and not have to do any more!
:)

THEN I can check cam clearance......might be awhile, not getting in a hurry on this one!
:D

Today, I made a gear puller to take th gear off the old crank:

EASY PEASY and no damage to gear!

EVERYTHING TURNS WITH NO INTERFERENCE!
:)

Cam is only .500 lift so the rod misses it by .035".

Measuring to cut the cyls to length now:

With your budget it seems you would have LN cylinders.
I really like the fins on the square tractor ones! When I finish with my 103 Eurorace cylinders I may go this route.

edit;
Damn those cylinder bases on the case are thin. My 103 bored case has about twice that material remaining.
